At Menguin, the safety and security of both customers and employees is our top priority. In light of recent events, we wanted to share our cleaning process. Our cleaning process includes a detailed inspection and thorough sanitation procedures. If you have any questions, please contact our customer experience team for more information.
Upon receiving all returned rentals, each article of clothing is carefully inspected and placed into the cleaning categories required by its fabric content.
Using state-of-the-art commercial grade cleaning equipment, each article of clothing is taken through a rigorous cleaning process to ensure each garment is cleaned and disinfected appropriately.
Once each piece is inspected, cleaned and sanitized, the garment is then steam ironed or pressed and placed in plastic for storage.
