At Menguin, the safety and security of both customers and employees is our top priority. In light of recent events, we wanted to share our cleaning process. Menguin’s Cleaning Process

Inspection

Upon receiving all returned rentals, each article of clothing is carefully inspected and placed into the cleaning categories required by its fabric content.

Categorization of each item’s cleaning process

• Wool garments are safely dry cleaned using Green Earth – the safest dry cleaning solutions available.
• Cotton pieces are wet washed with detergent and steam pressed at 350 degrees.
• Shoes are cleaned, disinfected and hand-polished.

Cleaning & Sanitizing

Using state-of-the-art commercial grade cleaning equipment, each article of clothing is taken through a rigorous cleaning process to ensure each garment is cleaned and disinfected appropriately.

Preparation

Once each piece is inspected, cleaned and sanitized, the garment is then steam ironed or pressed and placed in plastic for storage.
